How to Thank Your Favorite Realtor (And Why You Should)

 


Today's blog post is all about thanking your favorite Realtor.  I'm not sure why, I decided to write about this, maybe because my birthday is coming up, and all I really want is to help someone either buy their next property or sell their current one.

So what is the number one way you can help your Realtor out?  If you said by referring them, you are absolutely right.  In fact that is the best way for a Realtor to grow their business.

A future client is more likely to go with a Realtor from a referral from a friend or family member than from any other method.  So why should you refer your Realtor?

Well if you were happy with your Realtor's services than the best way to reward them is by referring them to your family, friends, and even colleagues.  

This is a great way to show your appreciation for their hard work and help them grow their business.  There is no better way to say Thank you than that.



When you refer your Realtor, who did an excellent job, you're not just helping them.  You're also helping your friends, family, and colleagues find a great Realtor, who can help them with all their real estate needs.

Other reasons to refer your Realtor, you're also helping to build a strong community of Realtors who are committed to providing excellent services.  

You are helping to make the real estate market more efficient by connecting people with the right Realtor for their needs.  This makes the process of buying or selling more enjoyable and stress-free.

The best way to refer your Realtor is to be specific about why you were so happy with their services.  Tell your friends, family, and colleagues about the things they did that made a difference.

For example their knowledge of the market, or their negotiating skills, or their responsiveness to your needs.  Or if you are like me, you may just appreciate someone who isn't pushy, and lets you make these decisions on your own.  



Besides word of mouth, one of the best ways to refer your Realtor is to write an online review.  This is a great way to get them more exposure and attract new clients.

So for an early birthday present I would like everyone to refer their favorite Realtor even if it isn't me.  There are a lot of us out there, and every little bit helps
